DU LLM in International Law

Objectifs

Approfondir les connaissances en droit international à travers des possibilités traditionnellement peu abordées. Répondre aux besoins d'une formation dynamiques et ouverte sur la pratique du droit international. Il est axé sur des méthodologies anglo-saxonnes, permettant de développer des compétences nécessaires à la pratique. Les cours enseignés exclusivement en anglais par des universitaires et des praticiens favoriseront l'accès aux grands cabinets d'affaires anglo-américains ainsi qu'aux entreprises multinationales grâces à une spécialisation recherchée. Le LLM en droit international constitue un réel atout par le développement des compétences nécessaires pour réussir dans le monde professionnel.

Overall purposes: 

- master techniques of application and enforcement of public and private international law;

- extend the scope of knowledge to substantial areas of international law that have become indispensable in the legal activity of the 21st century.

Specific purposes: 

- develop expertise of international judicial and arbitral proceedings

- analyse international law as a tool of global governance

- understand and apply space and telecommunications regulations, energy international regulations, cyber law

- understand and apply banking regulations

- deal with international transactions of a business nature
